Driver Selection Process
Translogistix has over 400 experienced owner-operators on the road daily. Due to our thorough recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training procedures, each of our drivers takes great pride in the work they do.
TLX drivers are professionally trained to perform a large volume of diverse deliveries. Our training is conducted regularly in a classroom environment, with continuing education every 6 to 12 months. Additionally, drivers are given industry-specific training for assigned delivery work.
TLX drivers are also audited for full compliance with state and local regulatory requirements, as well as for our company procedures.
