Adam Parker, General Manager
Mr. Parker’s brings to the Translogistix Tractor Trailer Division 30 years of experience in many aspects of the transportation industry as well as corporate management. Mr. Parker has cultivated many of the lessons learned while an infantry squad leader in the U.S. Marines into his hands on, organized method of management based in his belief that when properly trained his staff can be entrusted by him and their co-workers to consistently perform their duties and make quality, informed decisions based on that training.

Mr. Parker began his transportation experience owning and being the General Manager of a rush courier company specializing in service of process in 1989 in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. In 2003 Mr. Parker began Due ProcessUSA, a nationwide process serving company leading the industry for 15 years while employing 22 office employees and over 1500 contract process servers around the country.

Second to Mr. Parker’s dedication to his managerial beliefs and practices is his knowledge of IT Systems and their integration and importance in the field of transportation. Believing that reinvesting in current and ever-changing technology is paramount to the Translogistix Tractor Trailer Division being a market leader in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Randy Valentine, Trucking Development Manager
Randy has been in the transportation field most of his career. I am excited to be a part of Translogistix Sales teams along with assisting overseeing and dispatching the drivers in the tractor trailer division. Prior to Translogistix I was part of the family trucking business for 45 years known as Bestway Transport, Inc. There I manage all aspect of the company operations, sales, safety, maintenance, claims, insurance and overseeing all day to day operations. I have vast knowledge of the industry even driving a tractor. I am ready to use my knowledge to help Translogistix to grow as a company. In my free time, I like to go boating, shoot pool and go hunting.
Jaime Bengies, Administrative Assistant- Tractor Trailer Division
Jaime has been in the transportation industry for almost 25 years. I worked for the family trucking business. I was responsible for maintaining driver’s files for DOT regulations, mileage/fuel input for quarterly IFTA filings, annual highway use filings. I assisted with annual auto/cargo/workers comp insurance renewal and set up new client contracts. I assisted with Osha guidelines and filings. I look forward to my future with Translogistix, LLC. I am excited to be part of their tractor trailer division, where I will use my past experience to help as the company continues to grow.

Donita Shanton, Dispatcher
I have been in the transportation/dispatching field for the past 5-1/2 years. I gained my experience with Sleepys distribution providing customer support, tracking drivers, routing, scheduling deliveries, and closing out previous deliveries. I departed from there in Aug 2016 and started working for TL TRANSPORTATION in which I lead a crew of 15 drivers to ensure all deliveries were picked up and delivered on time. I then moved onto TransLogistix LLC. I look forward to growing with the company.
