TransLogistiX dispatchers immediately update delivery tickets in the computerized dispatch order system for POD audit trail. TransLogistiX maintains both hardcopy and computerized POD, both available for our customer at any time. Additionally, our Dispatch Manager can communicate directly to our customers if requested.

The TransLogistiX Proof of Delivery [POD] procedure is an exhaustive and highly monitored process which is summarized here. All POD details are entered into the system for POD audit trail.

Each TransLogistiX driver is supplied with a daily manifest. As the driver completes each delivery, they are required to obtain both the recipient signature and printed name. Immediately after package delivery and POD receipt, every TransLogistiX driver uses their 2-way dataphone communication equipment to transmit the POD signature and delivery details into the TransLogistiX dispatch database. This process ensures that all delivery tickets are immediately updated in the TransLogistiX computerized dispatch order system.
