TLX plays a vital role in our customer’s supply chains. We recognize that our most valued assets, our drivers, are having daily contact with your business and your associates.
TLX is and will continue to take proactive measures to ensure all our associates are following appropriate safety and health protocols. All our drivers have cleaning kits in their vehicles, including a spray bottle filled with sanitizing fluid, which are continually checked and refilled. Along with sanitizing wipes, a bottle of liquid hand sanitizer, and throat lozenges as other preventive tools in the fight against this virus.
Everyone in our offices in Baltimore and Savage, Maryland have access to fully stocked cleaning supplies, ensuring that all work areas are supporting this clean initiative.
Every day we have a TLX Contingency Call, which discusses topics ranging from the general health and welfare of the TLX Team, any associates calling out sick, the condition of our vehicles, local, state, and/or federal government announcements relative to the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition, we obtain operational and service updates on all our customers.
During this unique and historic time, accurate and timely information is paramount to facilitate sound safety business decisions which may affect our valued customers.
