Jessica Griffin, Dispatcher
My bubbly personality, strong will, and self-motivation lead me in 12 years as a Customer Service Representative. It wasn’t until I entered into the AMAZING world of Logistics that I was truly inspired. Learning the ropes at Falcon Express Couriers in 2009, I wore many hats at Falcon from CSR to Dispatcher to Account Supervisor. After six years with Falcon I then did some CSR work for Capital One Bank, and realized I missed the fast paced, and high-pressured world of dispatching. I started at Roto – Rooter dispatching, and also worked for another local courier company for about a year and a half.
